A receipt is issued for every payment made to the Court in person. If a payment is mailed to the Court, a receipt will be mailed to your address. Receipts are generated by the automatic processing system.
Make sure you have your receipt after making a payment to the Court. This is your proof of payment.
If an overpayment of twenty dollars and one cent ($20.01) or more is received by the Court, a refund will be sent within thirty (30) days. The Court does not refund overpayments of twenty dollars ($20.00) or less.
