Eligibility

18 years of age or older at the time of filing nomination papers
Qualified and registered voter of the Town of Winkelman at the time of filing nomination papers
Resident of the Town of Winkelman for one year preceding the election
A person convicted of a felony cannot serve as a Council Member until civil rights have been restored
